From the first time we met Michael at an open house, he went above and beyond for everything we needed. He was always available to show us any property we were interested, often multiple properties in the same day. He is very professional and will always have the buyer (you) in mind. We used him for advice for all kinds of things related to real-estate. He sold our land and had it listed in two days. He handled everything for the house we are currently under contract with and our first offer was accepted in the same day. We will absolutely use him for when we sell our current house in a couple of months. We would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a dependable agent. Plus he is an Army vet, as we are an Army family, so that was just a bonus.
